Kae-san, my stylist is very sweet and cheerful, and made the whole experience of coloring, treatment, and trim very pleasant. She selected an olive brown colour for me, and I love the result. Yoshi-san was my son’s stylist and he was so patient and explained the process of the perm to him. He had a consultation with my son before telling my son what he would be doing and that put him at ease. I must say the result was better than any stylist he had a perm with in the past. Both spoke good English and we will definitely go back to visit!Posted on Jodie MoradaTrustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Kae did an excellent job with my hair! She was very good about asking how the style and length felt during the session, and it was a very relaxing and positive environment.Posted on Aly SungTrustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. This was my first time getting my hair done in Japan so I was unsure what to expect but vicca made the process very easy even though I don't speak Japanese at all. I got my hair trimmed + dyed with Kae. She was very kind and attentive to how my hair was turning out! I was also really happy with how my bangs turned out, as she kept making sure the fullness of it was right. It's always hard to get the bangs right in the states. Thank you Kae!Posted on ellaine joyTrustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. I had a very nice experience! Yoshi was very good, kind, and very helpful throughout the whole visit. I really liked everything—from the service to the overall atmosphere. I’m very happy with the result and will definitely come back again when I return to Japan. Highly recommended!Posted on Mary Lyn Lyn SuratTrustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Hands down the best hair treatment and haircut I’ve experienced. I’ve never been so happy with the results. The staff are incredibly friendly, professional, and English-speaking.Posted on Johnny HaneTrustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Fellow Americans who don’t know what a head spa is: it’s the BEST!! I cannot overstate how relaxing it is. I was in a daze for a few minutes after. Kae did such an amazing job, I am huge fan of head spas and I’m so bummed I only discovered this on my last day here. Otherwise I’d come back tomorrow. I am not generally into massages or anything but this was so sick. Btw to get in, take the elevator to the 4th floor. It’s a concrete building with a vicca banner up top, and a big skullcandy sign on the front. There are a couple of things on Google maps nearby with “vicca” in the name, we got confused and went to a different place at firstPosted on Kyle LingTrustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. My girlfriend and I both went to vicca around 3 days ago and were completely satisfied with their service! My girlfriend got a basic cut with hairdresser Kae while I got a perm with Yoshi. For both, the total turned out to be ~19,000 yen (122USD) which was way cheaper than what we were expecting! My perm turned out great and my girlfriend loves her haircut as well. 5/5! Would recommend any tourist looking for an English-speaking salon to go to vicca!Posted on paromita somTrustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. I had an amazing experience at Vicca Salon. Yoshi was my stylist and he was incredibly professional and experienced . He understood exactly what I wanted, listened carefully, and also gave helpful suggestions. Throughout the treatment he explained every step, and his English is somewhat easy to understand — which makes this place great for expats. I got Japanese hair straightening, color, and a haircut all in one day. Even though there were other staff members helping during the process, Yoshi handled the main parts himself, so if you want him specifically, I recommend booking in advance but know that some of the parts will be done by others but the main things he will handle ( this is absolutely fine as all of them are good in what part they handle - a girl with short hair assisted some of the part during my treatment and she was also good ) I don’t remember the name of the girl who gave me the head massage during shampoo, but she was amazing. The pressure points she used were perfect — I honestly wish the massage could just go on and on :-) she was so good . Overall, this is a must-visit salon if you’re looking for an expat-friendly place in Tokyo. Of course, lots of locals go there too, but for expats, having English-speaking stylists who understand our preferences from back home is really important. I truly appreciate the care I received, and I’m very happy with the final result. I’ll definitely be returning!Posted on Madeleine VilleneueveTrustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Highly recommend this hair salon, especially to foreigners! The staff speaks english very well and they are so sweet! My hairstylist (Kae) gave me a stunning haircut with bangs, exactly like the picture I showed her. Thank you for your excellent service Kae! xxPosted on Molly HarrisTrustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. My friend and I had a great time here! We made the appointment on the same day and were able to walk out with fresh hair after a relaxing head spa experience as well. Can’t recommend it enough, and the whole staff is kind and welcoming!
