Cancellation Policy

To ensure fair and smooth service for all clients, we kindly ask for your understanding of our cancellation policy.

1. Cancellations

  • Same-day cancellation or no-show: 100% of the reserved service fee will be charged.
  • Cancellations made 1–2 days before the appointment: 50% of the reserved service fee will be charged.

2. Rescheduling

  • Rescheduling is free of charge.
  • If you arrive more than 15 minutes late, your appointment may be shortened or rescheduled depending on availability.

3. Repeated No-Shows

Repeated last-minute cancellations or no-shows may result in restrictions on future bookings.
